Theatre School

Red Dot Theatre Company is based at Spital Park in Castle Donington, meeting on Thurdays from 4.30 until 7.30pm during term time. The Theatre School is open to students aged 7 - 18 who will be offered tuition in Singing, Acting and Dancing by professional tutors.

Students will be taught relevant techniques to aid their skills, enabling them to perform more confidently, serving them not only on stage but also throughout their life.

Twice a year the students will perform a showcase to family and friends to show the skills they have learnt and the progress they have made. A showcase is performed in the Winter term and a full production in the Summer term, alongside various other local public performances. Costume, props and scenery are all provided to give students a realistic performance experience.

Red Dot Theatre Company will also pass on any professional auditions to their students without any additional 'book' costs. We aim to teach students the skills they need to be able to feel confident during professional castings whether it is for an audition for a three year performing arts school course or a local pantomine.
